From Highway 91:

                 After passing the Welcome to Mountain City sign,                  come to the first red light (about a mile) and make a    left                    We are on the right in the brick building just past  the                  large fence, inside the City Mayor’s office. 

From Highway 67:

                 Come to the red light at the Rite Aid.  Continue straight                  through the next two red lights.  We are on the right just                  past the large fence, inside the City Mayor’s Office.
